The world class Lifecycle Support department at Honeywell Intelligrated is growing and in need of a Manager for the Sorter Rebuild business! This role will manage a team of eight rebuild engineers and will be responsible for the success of the project execution of all sorter rebuilds. The manager will be responsible for department budget, headcount, etc. This role is essential to the success of this segment and will have direct customer engagement and ultimately drive customer satisfaction. The Manager will also support business development, sales and estimating to ensure continued growth and penetration of the Intelligrated installed base. This position requires a are highly organized individual with an understanding of all aspects of material handling projects, and the ability to manage remote employees.
•The Rebuild Manager takes initiative, have a professional bearing and commands skills that engage the customer
•Directs team consisting of rebuild engineers
•Prepares and maintains staffing schedule to manage project workload and ensure on time project implementation
•Works closely with Project Managers to maintain budget and schedule for booked projects
•Ensures smooth and consistent communication and exchanges of data between Project Managers, vendors, Management and/or sales team.
•Responsible for concise and thorough cut-in plans and staffing to ensure on-time project start-ups and customer Project acceptance
•Identify opportunities for execution improvements, both as it relates to staffing and time
•Segment growth and increased yield from existing installed base
•The Manager is expected to be onsite for sorter rebuilds as needed
•Ensures Safety Standards are met or exceeded throughout the life cycle of their project.

•Technical Acumen – Has a high level of mechanical understanding and comfort with application of Intelligrated Products.
•Analytical/Problem Solving – Breaks down complex problems and prioritizes actions to resolve.
•Capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time.
•Ability to travel to meet the requirements of the job/customer
