Honeywell Aerospace has an exciting Customer Marketing Director position at its Phoenix headquarters.

The successful candidate will drive the marketing efforts and budget for our Services & Connectivity business, which is leading the Connected Aircraft evolution with hardware and services across all aircraft segments and markets globally. This position focuses on sales demand generation and building upon our brand and customer experience reputation, from initial engagement to sales lead, revenue and post-sales marketing success. The role includes managing two direct reports.

This is a fast-paced and highly visible position occurring at an exciting time of rapid innovation, as Honeywell Aerospace marketing continues to evolve deeper into a digital-first, customer-centric organization supporting our global sales objectives through B2B mass marketing, micro-targeting and the emerging “nano” or behavioral, account-based marketing effort.

Oversee Marketing Communications and other duties to support critical business objectives for your business unit.

Lead the transformation of Marcom practices globally.

Work effectively with senior leadership as advisor and change agent, and work seamlessly with colleagues in other businesses and regions.

30% Lead Marcom transformation

25% Launch campaign concepts

25% Engage with product marketing

20% Engage with local agencies

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to export control la
WE VALUE
  • MBA desired
  • Both corporate and agency leadership experience a plus.
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive/execute successful Comms/PR
  • 2+ years executing social media strategies in Marcom
  • 8+ years experience w/managing Marcom in B2B environment
  • Extensive leadership experience
