Callidus Aftermarket and Life-Cycle Business Manager

Grow the global Callidus aftermarket parts and lifecycle support business and profitability to meet or exceed company targets

Develop and implement a global systems to service customers and maximizing profits from installed Callidus equipment

Create new products and sales strategies to increase profit per installation

As part of the Callidus leadership team you will contribute to general business and operational initiatives

Collect data and report on your group performance to finance and the Callidus leadership team.

Recruit and develop your direct reports, and develop supporting functional team

Develop a systemized world class global product life cycle management business

Demonstrate creativity, leadership and vision to measurably impact company profitability

Develop and implement sales strategies coverring all Callidus products and customers

25 Developing personnel and optimizing day to day operations

15 Developing new products and new sales channels

25 Developing and implementing lifecycle business operating system

20 Proposal, purchase order and contract oversight

15 General leadership team contribution, company representation, contribution to company promotions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in an engineering, business or production related field

  • Significant experience in a manufactured equipement supply business with long term repeat customer relationships
  • Ability to collaborate with others to drive change and develop new operating systems
  • Good understanding of profit and loss, supply contracts and basic business management
  • A global mindset and ability to develop business and channels in all regions
  • Experience of refining and petrochemical plant and operating practices
  • Familiarity with marketing, customer segmentation and different sales channels
  • Creativity, vision, good organizational skills and an ability to implement change
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills, an ability to motivate and develop others, a good listener with good perception
  • A collaborative operator and team player
