This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data in JDE & SAP ERP sytems. Reporting & analysis of ISC Financial information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Implement standard work in ISC finance activities & ensuring adequate financial-internal controls Perform cycle counts audits to meet Corporate requirements and support any project transitions into SDG and SA sites.
Review on a daily basis JDE-SAP transactions to ensure accurate data between ERP systems.
Set up standard for new Sku’s and Bill of Material changes:ECO/ JDE&Workflows / SAP
Generate daily productivity/efficiency report for SDG/SA/TJ sites.Work with IT to develop an autonomous process.
Audit Out Per Hour (OPH) metric and work with related departments to improve results.
Implement standard work in ISC finance activities
Update GSP Americas weekly inventory report & Breakdown report for ISC management.
Project Savings financial reviewer.
Active role on ISC meetings (Tier 3, Tier 4, Project savings follow up, Team Guru X metrics)
Perform weekly cycle counts audits, identified areas to improve.Meet Corporate requirements
Manufacturing variances analysis as required
Monthend work order process and JE’s related.
Monthly expenses report analysis by LOB
Quarterly IOS calculation & follow up.
Monthly scrap report – Analysis.
Active role on phase II SAP implementation
ISC Finance Monthly report support.
Support annual cost roll up activities.
Support any requirement from PPE ISC Finance team related with SDG-SA sites.
Others as required.
Forecast and Planning Reports
25 Review on a daily basis JDE-SAP transactions to ensure accurate data between ERP systems

YOU MUST HAVE
Cost accounting 3-4 years exp
Good English Communication skills (80%)
Bachelors Degree (Accounting)
Manufacturing Industry experience (3-4 years of experience)
JDE and SAP Knowledge
