We have an opportunity for a Regional Marketing leader to join the team on a 9-month fixed term contract (Maternity Leave Cover). This role would suit an experienced Business to Business Strategy and Marketing professional with a strong background in either Tech, IT, or Building Automation organisations.

Responsible for providing leadership across the Strategy, Offer Marketing, and Communications, as well as leading the overall marketing strategy development and execution for the region, the successful candidate will:

  • Ensure the business’ 3-year Strategic Annual Plan (STRAP), Annual Operating Plan as well as Marketing plans are successfully implemented

  • Provide industry leading advice, market research, competitive analysis, win/loss analysisrigorto generate insights.

  • Use the above to help the business with decision making and driving corrective actions to achieve business goals.

  • Develop and refine MOS to track progress and partner with growth initiative leaders to drive STRAP execution and meet targets.

  • Meet with key influencers to understand portfolio, capability, or organisational gaps, as well as new market and technology trends.

  • Develop and execute action plans to address challenges around competitiveness, portfolio, pricing etc.

  • Drive thought leadership and represent HBS on business relevant industry forums/associations

You Must Have:

  • Tertiary qualification in a Marketing or relevant field

  • Considerable experience in Business to Business Strategy and Marketing in an IT/Tech/Building Automation Environment.

  • Exposure to product management in IT/Automation/Technology Businesses

  • Experience in large business organizations with matrix management structure
