•Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional team to release new product development projects on scope, on schedule, on cost and on quality
•Manage project requirements, priorities definition, and change requests with business and development team per customer expectation.
•Manage work breakdown structure, project schedule, task interdependence and assumptions
•Define and maintain the project spending, control project spend through development phases. Update the spending reports regularly to finance. Ensure the spending accuracy.
•Regular review and prioritize the defects during project development. Coordinate and drive for solving.
•Initial and lead project status review meetings, be the focal point for distributing information with project team and leaders. Well manage the information flue to avoid confusion.
•Well risks management and mitigation through the project developments.
•Manage the outsource contracts and performance during project development.
•Lead project documents release in each phases, present to leadership team in PAC meeting for project approval before moving forward to next phase.

•Bachelor of science or above
•Above 5 years project management experience in hardware and software R&D
•Familiar with new product development methodology, agile experience is a plus
•Ability to manage multiplied, system level tasks, under a global environments
•Think strategically and logically, can make own decision per analysis
•Good communication skills
•Fluent oral and written English skills
•PMP certificated is high desirable
