Honeywell Intelligrated is looking for a Parts Specialist to support our Lifecycle Support Services team in our St. Louis, MO, office.
Answers incoming calls, emails and faxes from clients and assists in parts identification and other historical analysis as necessary.
Assists with the ability to research technical inquiries, consulting with Engineering and Manufacturing as necessary.
Conducts outgoing calls and emails to assigned Key Accounts to educate them and promote Intelligrated parts.
Provides part prices and lead time quotations and all other associated part assistance for customers via fax, phone, and email, web portal as well as follow up on quotes to motivate buying behavior.
Increases part sales and service business with existing customers.
Documents “tribal knowledge” on Intelligrated legacy brands.
Educates customers on OnTimeParts, when appropriate.
Coordinates with the Purchasing, Lifecycle Support, SVC induction and Obsolescence teams as needed.
Identifies sensible cross-sell/upsell opportunities based on ease of maintenance and logical replacement schedules.
Sends order shipment tracking information to clients as required
Follows up on orders on hold to determine necessary steps in getting orders released for shipment
Ensures correct order entry for replacement parts and makes corrections as necessary
Makes correction to scheduling/ship dates; expedite orders with Shipping/Purchasing/Fulfillment as necessary
Assists clients with billing/shipping issues, investigating and processing credit memos and/or IRs as necessary
Processes returns, including but not limited to: issuing IR for approval, checking availability of parts for repair or exchange, follow up on repair prices and delivery and order entry for replacements or repairs.
Provides coverage for late night and weekend parts hotline on a rotating basis
Suggests general process and procedural improvements as opportunities arise

YOU MUST HAVE
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Products.
Ability to read mechanical blueprints/drawings.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer Service experience.
Associates Degree in an engineering or technical field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, decision making and negotiation skills.
Professional and courteous telephone skills.
Attention to detail.
High level of organization.
