I. * *Purpose of the Job
• Support the effective business transformation project managementensuring there is a clear cross-functional alignment and business engagementacross the HIS.
Report structure:will directly report to the Global Business Transformation Leader.
II. * *Main Responsibilities
· Support Business Transformation Leader in effective management of business transformation related projects (for both announced, unannounced) utilising standard tools processes:
o Establish effective working relationships with project stakeholders and functions to understand requirements for successful strategy deployment. Drive cross-functional alignment and engagement.
o Identify customer requirements and ensure to maintain or improve customer excellence.
o Establish clear MOS to support effective deployment and communication of project progress and escalation.
o Facilitate project meetings & coordinate project RAIL’s, follow up tasks & communications to ensure functional owners are accountable for project deliverables
o Develop process maps of current / future state of identified processes
o Creation and update of project related documents and presentations
o Tactical task execution in support of assigned projects, including collation of financial / statistical / business information to support decision making
o Maintain consistent project metrics dashboard to measure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
o Enable identification of risks and support contingency planning for resolution / mitigation
· Identify business transformation opportunities and evaluate its feasibility (pipeline projects):
o Conduct financial analysis for its viability
o Identify the customer requirements, key risks, potential business impacts and mitigation plans to address them
o Prepare and present the feasibility phase deliverables for proper approval.
o Ensure that business transformation activities are aligned with and integrated to the business strategy and operation
o Prepare and submit for corporate funding once approved

I. * *Education Required (academic and/or technical education)
Bachelor’s degree (Business administration or engineering degree preferred)
II. * *Work Experience Required (area and length of experience)
Min. 5 years’ work experience in project management.
Demonstrated results in system and project/process management with customer focus.
III. * *Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required (specific skills and knowledge required for the position)
Prior experience of process mapping evaluation and to identify opportunities for improvement
Experience working with CRM/ERP systems and understanding of how CRM/ERP system business processes work.
Six sigma or lean expert certification preferred. Quality (Kaizen, 5S, ISO) systems
Good knowledge of project management principles and expertise in processes improvement
