You will have responsibility for providing financial analysis to drive real estate decision making, as well as monitor key performance indicators and utilization analytics to prioritize and mobilize key real estate projects.
Provide financial analysis and utilization analytics that are the foundation for real estate decision making
Be an integral part of the real estate team in driving AOP and the metro review process
Work collaboratively with strategic planning and the global real estate team to prioritize and optimize real estate projects
Monitor and report KPI's
Assist site desk capacity collection
Lead portfolio analysis
Enforce standards are adhered to
Drive AOP/metro review process
Coordinate online portfolio database and planning system
Provide financial analysis
Lead real estate project pre-approval process
Participate in Real Estate & Strategic Planning Council
20 Lead design and construction for RE projects
20 Manage employees
20 Build project estimates, budgets, and schedules
20 Partner with functional stakeholders
20 Provide critical input into strategic planning process
YOU MUST HAVE
•Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, finance, or related discipline
•5+ years experience in corporate real estate, finance, or as an external service provider of real estate services
•Excellent written, verbal communication skills in English
•Ability to handle multiple high priority deadlines
•Process driven with strong organizational skills
•Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
•Experience in financial analysis and modeling
•Ability to partner with functional and business leaders across the organization
•Strong delivery of customer service skills
