Work for APAC Indirect Procurement COE on indirect material Sourcing/Purchasing:
•Place Purchase Order (PO) in Oracle, and release the PO to vendors according to the Purchase Requisition (PR) and quotation documents.
•Purchasing Order On Time delivery track
•Satisfy Service Level and Quality requirement for Site/Plant
•Coordinate with finance to collect the invoice from vendors and solve the invoice issues
•Mange contract documents and file contracts in system timely
•Spot Sourcing Capability for MRO/Facility/Professional Service indirect etc.
•Compliance to Corporate Policy/Procedure
•Request for Quote/Proposal/Information (RFQ/P/I) from vendors – Ariba is preferred tool
•Per requests, take indirect sourcing roles after training and site Specific focus
•Use of Approved and Qualified Suppliers
•Drive savings and seek VE/ConRed opportunities. E-auction experience is preferred.
•Follow Vendor Maintenance Process to create/modify/block vendor
•Support sourcing team to collect spending data if required

30 Conduct competitive bid
20 Identify cost reduction opportunities
30 Review and monitor purchase requisitions
•3+ years Indirect Sourcing/Buying experience
•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Material/Chemical Preferred
•Oracle is a Preferred,
•High English speaking and writing fluency is a Must
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Strong experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts Preferred
•Procurement experience is helpful to understand procurement procedure and scorecard metrics Preferred
