-Business Analyst support for EOPS T2 and T3
-Attend T2 &T3 regular meetings MORs
-Interpret various internal reports at aggregate levels that support effective resource management while maximizing the execution of engineering projects
-Lead HTSC planning cycle like AOP 4+8 etc…
-Data preparation, analysis, and presentation to director level individuals and above
-Support EOPS leadership requests for as needed analysis with reporting of key engineering metrics, as required (including but not limited to Fill rate, Milestone Fidelity, Yield, Census etc.)
-Internal tools development
-Interface with Finance, HR, PMO and Procurement personnel and tools
- Provide various extractions and analysis of MAT(Manpower Allocation Tool)/EOC data
-Work and interface with Global partners across the COE’s, to include multiple business systems and cultures
-Assist and support the deployment Management Operating System (MOS)
-Drive corrective actions

-BA/BS degree in Finance business or engineering related field or 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or related field in lieu of a degree
-Minimum 3 years Business Analyst, Finance, or Program Planning and Control (PP&C) experience
-Minimum 2 years of related experience in EBM, finance, engineering
-Experience interacting and supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 leaders
-Experience with SAP
-Familiarity with Business Objects software
-Strong oral and written English language communication skills
-Highly motivated to drive improvements and initiatives in a challenging environment
-Ability to work with large, remote (international), and diverse teams in a matrix environment
-High bias for action and integrative problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of resource planning, financial data compilation and analysis, and metrics reporting
-Notable analytical skills with demonstrable skills in compiling and analyzing complex data – ability to resolve conflicts in data
-Proven problem-solving skills, decision making ability, and application of sound judgment and recommendations to leadership
-Customer focused – understands requirements of the engineering community and customizes information to meet those needs
- Strong/Advanced MS Excel skills a plus, MS Access software skills a plus
