As an IT Strategy Director , you will be reporting directly to the Chief Digital and Information Officer and located near Geneva, Switzerland.
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Digital & IT Strategy Leader to lead digital technology and IT strategy and assure effective digital and connected solutions delivery for Transportation Systems Group. You will be the primary interface to business leaders to generate Technology Solutions and drive execution of growth and productivity, enabled through existing and emerging information and digital technology.
The IT strategy Leader serves as trusted and experienced advisor to IT leadership/ IT business Partners and key stakeholders for TS whilst supporting to develop the overall IT/Digital strategy in alignment with the business strategy.Practices Enterprise Architecture methodologies while developing multi-year IT strategies and roadmaps for various IT initiatives organization, so as to help align business objectives with IT initiatives.Identify early technologies trend, areas where IT can bring business values and articulate clear goals to transform to a digital enterprise.
Provides IT Governance to the IT and Business Organization through:
•Technology research on a variety of technical subjects, summarizes findings as white papers and presentations for consumption by TS LT and IT leadership as well as internal account leadership.
•Conducts technology evaluation and vendor selection.
•Establishes and maintains enterprise technology standards.
•Conducts solution architecture assessment for high value or strategically important initiatives.
•Participates in a number of IT Governance programs such as Annual Risk Assessments, IT Asset Modernization, Application Rationalization and IT Value Management etc.
•Contributes to conception, elaboration and realization of innovation ideas.
•Follow up project on breakthrough initiatives, goals Deployment and X Matrix.

•Degree in IT, or similar field such as Technology / MBA
•Several years of relevant experience in IT, IT Strategy and IT architecture experience
•CIO Advisory: IT Strategy, IT Governance, IT Performance Management, IT Organisational Effectiveness etc.
•Digital Transformation: Big Data, Mobile, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, IoT.
•Business & Technology Transformation: Transformational Programme Delivery, Programme Management Office Deployment, IT Change Management, Agile Delivery etc.
•Enterprise Architecture: Architecture Maturity Analysis, Architecture Development, Architecture Methods and Tools etc.
•Cyber Security: Cyber capability Definition and Assessment, Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Security Strategies and Processes, Governance, Risk and Compliance etc.
•IT Operating Model Design (ITOM): Organisation and Operating Model Design, Digital Impact on ITOM etc.
•Good interpersonal skills, ease of listening, oral, and written expression.
•Teamwork and ability to work transversally: ability to influence leadership.
•Constructive spirit in all circumstances.
•Synthesis and analytical reasoning.
•Rigor and sense of method and organization.
•Natural negotiation skills internally and externally.
