With a worldwide footprint of engineering centers, testing labs and manufacturing facilities, Transportation Systems serves all major automotive companies to implement key differentiated technology offerings.
As a testimony to its success, in 2018 Honeywell will be spinning off the Transportation Systems business into a stand-alone, publicly traded company. The Executive Compensation Leader will partner with the Global Compensation and Benefits Leader to define and execute the executive compensation strategy for the organization.
This role will manage Executive Compensation-related activities for Transportation Systems, including the design and implementation of executive compensation programs for the top executives, the Board of Directors and all long-term incentive participants globally. The Executive Compensation Leader is responsible for providing expertise, as well as project leadership in all aspects of executive compensation including, but not limited to, short and long-term incentive plan design, retention strategies, benchmarking and market data analysis, and keeping leadership advised relevant trends and best practices. A candidate for this role should be detail oriented to ensure accuracy, but also have the ability and business acumen to develop and present recommendations at a level suitable for the audience.
