The main function of this position is to install and service commercial HVAC systems for specific clients within Gloucester County, VA and surrounding areas. In this role, you will have autonomy to work directly with our client. You will be working independently, with very little direct supervision, and you will need to be self-motivated to successfully complete your work in a timely manner. You will be the face of Honeywell for the clients you work with, providing them support through daily interaction and updates for all aspects of the HVAC systems within their facilities.

* You Must Have: *

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Valid Drivers License with excellent driving record
  • Universal CFC Card
  • 5 or more years’ experience servicing and/or installing commercial HVAC equipment
  • 5 or more years’ experience working with high voltage electricity up to 480 VAC
  • 5 or more years’ experience working directly with customers/clients

  • Completion of Union Apprenticeship
  • NATE or Journeyman Certification
  • Basic computer skills (Windows)
  • Proven background working independently
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Experience servicing or performing startup on commercial HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: chillers, boilers (gas & oil), package rooftop units, VFD’s, pneumatic controls, air compressors, air dryers, pumps, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, air handlers, VAV boxes, variable refrigerant systems.
