Join a team that designs, develops, integrates and certifies highly complex systems solutions within Honeywell Aerospace Communication and Navigation RadioSystems. You will be responsible for all aspects of the systems and hardware life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. As a Systems Engineer Manager, you will manage and develop a team of systems engineers. As part of this team you will help deploy the next generation integrated multi-mode receiver.

25 Provide direct/constructive feedback and performance evaluations

5 Resource planning

* YOU MUST HAVE *

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 10 years of experience with communication navigation radio development

* WE VALUE *

  • Advanced knowledge of systems development lifecycle
  • Leadership experience as a project/program lead or manager
  • Leading diverse and global team
  • Experience with systems at the LRU or aircraft level. ARP-4754 knowledge preferred
  • Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
  • Leading change
  • Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
  • Ability to readily and decisively intervene and find resourceful ways to remove obstacles in order to move the work forward or get efforts back on track.
  • Significant engineering experience
