Area of Responsibility

Key Activities/Elements

Prevailing Wage Administration

· General understanding of Public Works projects related to David Bacon, Related Acts and State Prevailing Wage Lawsprocessing, coordinating, and executing Certified Payroll submission

· Review all Subcontractor Certified Payroll documents on weekly basis for accuracy, also verify correct wages are paid for counties worked in based of wage schedules

· Working with Project Managers and Prevailing Wage Specialist on Certified Payrollsubmissions

· Complete all applicable certified payroll forms that Public Works contracts require. Making sure these are processed with 100% accuracy as well as in compliance with all time restrictions

· Manage Honeywell subcontractor certification forms to all hired sub’s , along with appropriate wage schedules, track receipt of these

· Audit all Subcontractor Certified Payroll documents for compliance

Continuous Improvement

· HOS deployment & Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction and administration productivity & improved knowledge

20 Vendor Management

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
