India Automation College Leader
Minimum 7 years experience in a corporate setting with internal consulting skills
1. People Management:
Coordinate both local internal & external instructors related to local training delivery schedule and ensure highquality training services
Daily management of the local team (ensuring 2 ways communication is present) and constantly communicating to the local team AC vision and value proposition
Ensure that the AC organization attracts, retains and develops a high level of talent with the right skills, experience, knowledge and performance levels in order that the organization is capable of achieving its growth, profit and customer satisfaction objectives
Hire, promote, develop talents in the organization
Promote the value of the skills and advice of the team/individual
Educate team to use new tools and growth culture
Set the ground for a powerful performance management culture (reward, recognition and redirect marginal performance)
2. Business Management & Customer Management:
Develop the learning offering and strategy for India and implement training growth initiatives
Innovate learning offering and tools to meet business growth and productivity target
Influence internal and external customers on the benefits of training
Organize learning needs analysis process
Work with GAC Leadership to devise annual training and budget plan (AOP & CAPEX)
Manage and optimize the overall cost structure of Automation College India
Reporting monthly training results (Costs, Revenue, Growth Initiatives status, NPS Score & Billability)
3. Sales support:
Coordinate, develop and grow the Automation College sales support activities
Collaborate with relevant sales and account managers (and additional HPS stakeholders) in India to propose appropriate, optimal Automation College training solutions in the sales phase
Provide support to Account Managers and LSS Sales organization in pursuing Sales opportunities
Work closely with Sales, Project & LSS to identify and fill the sales pipeline for the India Automation College trainings
Pro-actively take initiative in identifying new training opportunities, customized courses and customized delivery requirements
4. Training delivery (50% of time):
Deliver technical trainings on certain HPS product lines (TPS,Experion PKS, FSC, SM, PHD, etc.)
Provide quality technical training either in a Honeywell Automation College, on a specific customer-site or at other selected locations, compliant with HPS and AC quality standards and procedures and ensure high NPS
30 People Management Skill.
30 experience in DCS
10 Good communication skill.
20 Training delivery
10 Develop training modules and delivery tools to support business growth
