Sr Semiconductor Technician - WEEKEND SHIFT

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. This involves working with engineering and support groups throughout the processing areas. This Technician role will be working in a team setting as well as being an individual contributor. The seven main process groups in the area consist of the following (Photolithography, Dry Etch, Ion-Implant, Wet Chem, Diffusion, Metrology and Thinfilms ). These production positions are working in a class 10 clean room environment on a wide variety of products and processes for both internal and external Honeywell customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements

Will be working shift hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm

60 Operate assigned equipment

20 Participate in continuous improvement activities

5 Use measuring and diagnostic tools

5 Set up and change over equipment

10 Comply with all safety rules

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements

  • Associate degree within Electronics
  • Semiconductor or medical device manufacturing experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting, install and upgrading of manufacturing equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to identify key details
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
