Provide technical support to manufacturing on products troubleshooting, products knowledge sharing and engineering change implementation.
Responsible for manufacturing readiness level (MRL) assessments related to manufacturing and producibility, develop and present MRL gap closure plans to address top risk areas, lead producibility evaluations of new products, identify improvement recommendations, and present results to teams for improvement decision.
Working as Liaison to other departments: program management, quality and procurement. Ability to prioritize engineering activities.
Use Six Sigma problem solving techniques to solve manufacturing problems. Responsible for driving reduction in factory rework, COPQ, and improving first pass yield.
Able to lead teams for Root Cause Corrective Action on manufacturing and producibility issues
Responsible for implementation of manufacturing process controls, such as Process Control Plans, PFMEA and Standardized Work.
Interface with suppliers to improve the quality and delivery of sourced product. Work with suppliers as part of design activity to involve them in assisting in DFX activities.
Be part of the engineering design team to help define architectures enabling low cost manufacturing. Able to lead Design for Cost, Design for Test, Design for Manufacturing activities and support transitions activities for new products.

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of Engineering experience with product engineering and product development/debug engineering will be advantage. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
Candidate MUST be able to interpret electronics schematics and possess strong troubleshooting skills using various measurement equipment.
Understanding of geometric tolerance and standard drafting practices, BOM, engineering drawings, tool drawings, Work Instruction and other technical documents associated with manufacturing hardware(such as hardware/software requirement documents, component data sheet.
Knowledge on SMT related field.
Excellent communications skills, including oral, written & presentation.
Project management skills with proven ability to effectively lead teams and deliver results.
Ability to apply sound problem solving principles and theories, perform root cause corrective action investigations, and implement appropriate solutions.
Ability to identify continuous improvement projects using six sigma tools
