Sr Account Manager

1. Responsible for individual goal and sales team to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.

2. Keep data integrity and timely updated in the system, accurate planning and forecasting to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets

3. Cooperate with internal resources and functional supports to complete sales approval processes.

4. Developing new accounts, deploying growth initiatives, achieving growth targets.

5. Identify business opportunities with range of customer contacts

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Degree qualified in commerce/business/engineering – an advantage
WE VALUE
  • 5-year experiences of technical sales operation (associated industry experience as minimum)
  • Experiences in construction related business as Building Automation, Heating Ventilation Air Condition, Security, Fire etc.
  • Sales process understanding/disciplined
  • High levels of energy to pursuit results with outstanding performance records
  • Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills
  • Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
