Sales Account Manager - Oman

The Sales Account Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based in Oman region and responsible for achieving sales, Business Development, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Sales Account Manager represents the entire range of Security Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales revenue and develop appropriate Channels, manage existing partners , training and development.
  • Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities directly and through system integrators
  • Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our HBT organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization

Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor in Electronics / Communication Engineer

  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
