Achieves successful on-site installation and troubleshooting of complex DDC control systems. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will interface with customers and contractors to install our client’s Building Automation Systems for HVAC equipment for new competitive construction and retrofit projects. This includes project start‐up and commissioning.

Previous BAS programming experience is a plus.

Working knowledge of standard communication protocols such as Bacnet, LON and Modbus as well as 3rd party equipment integration experience is a plus.

Selected individuals must have at the minimum a basic IT knowledge.

• Startup and commissioning of complete Building Automation Systems.

• Work closely with our installation subcontractors and coordinate work with them to ensure projects are completed on time and per code, standards and contract requirements.

• Perform a point to point checkout and sequence testing per standard procedures .

• Perform software/hardware calibration required for proper equipment and system

operation.

• Complete project commissioning documentation.Maintain on‐going project as‐built documentation.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of experience in the field of Business Automation Systems.
  • 1 or more years of experience commissioning new system installs
