The main function of this position is to respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the automation controls, fire, and security systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to insure system up-time and efficiency. Advanced Technical Specialists will coach and mentor Associate Technical Specialists and Technical Specialists. Advanced Technical Specialists will demonstrate expert knowledge of Honeywell’s systems and industry best practices.
Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users, peers, and competitors
Share knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team ability
Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings
20 Inspect for Quality
40 Install or Repair Work Orders
20 Provide Customer Support
20 Mentor and Train Jr. Field Service Representatives
