You will lead IT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for the Marketing & E-Commerce Business Functions within Honeywell. You will lead a high performing team and be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging technology. Honeywell is building a suite of digital platforms and solutions to deliver premier customer experiences and enable effective e-commerce integration, consistent, global customer experiences across digital touchpoints and effective analytics across our portfolio. You will be responsible for partnering with the solution development teams and overseeing the delivery of architecture, designanddevelopment of seamless, scalable eCommerce solutions driving sales growth. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to the technology team to develop these solutions to meet Honeywell's eCommerce business plan within defined timeframes and budgets. You will work with key stakeholders to understand and manage expectations and provide technical consultation. You will build partnership and drive solutions analysis and selection and be responsible for understanding customer journey maps and your stakeholder’s environment with its opportunities and challenges, andworkingto identify and drive contemporary, best-in-class solutions that measurably improve user experience and productivity. You will provide leadership in improving IT process and developing team capabilities. You will work effectively in a cross-team, cross-organization, geographically distributed environment and exercise leadership to make a deep impact through influence at all levels of the organization.LeadIT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for [SBG, Function] within Honeywell. YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with 5+ years’ experience managing enterprise eCommerce platforms delivery
  • Minimum of 7 years leadership experience in two or more Information Technology, Engineering or Business functional
