The Customer Service Specialist role provides linkage between the Integrated Supply Chain and the Customer & Product Support. The role is composed of three key elements.

1) Functional Support – Act as an escalation path to and from the site through interaction up to and including senior management.

2) Process based – facilitate dialogue & improvements on repetitive process breakdowns to drive systematic resolution.

3) Tactical – Follow up on critical orders and problem solving that cannot be done using information systems. The Site Coordinator is not a customer facing role.

Responsible for reporting of R&O metrics and to provide performance gap-closure action plans, taking the lead on problems through to resolution working with our contract manufacturer.

Respond to internal customer requests to resolve complex order issues, AOG escalations, expedites and acting as a SAP Power user. You will communicate with other departments such as Customer & Product Support, Logistics, Quality and Engineering to resolve issues. You will monitor and analyze areas of the repair and overhaul cycle for accuracy and take action to resolve out of standard conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the R&O SharePoint site and responding or coordinating responses for the site’s general inquiries mailbox. Maintain related metrics, process turnaround time claims, and prepare quote reconciliation and send to action owners. Capable of building relationships with the leadership team at the site and be comfortable with dialogue at this level. Candidate must be able to manage expectations, communicate clearly and drive outcomes through the use of influence.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • College Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field.
  • Experience with SAP
