Assists customers with webshop registration and profile customization; provides technical customer service troubleshooting issues with the webshop and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange); demostrates features with internal and external customers; monitor KPIs by conducting data analysis in Google Analytics and Tableau; support process improvments to the overall user experiece
Drive customer adoption of Honeywell's suite of eBusiness solutions by delivering an intuitive and frictionless B2B user experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for online customers in the Americas. You will collect and analyze data to monitor KPIs and contribute ideas to increase revenue. You will partner with outside vendors to implement enhancements to our applications and improve the overall user experience. You will develop a detailed understanding of the business processes so that you can investigate reported issues to determine root cause and business impact and provide exceptional technical customer service.

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Prior experience in a customer facing role is required (customer service, sales, marketing).
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under time-sensitive deadlines.
Attention to detail, reviews work, has little errors
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills - solution-oriented mindset
Maintains high standards with regards to responsibility and accountability, and demonstrates the ability to overcome obstacles
Familiarity with online shopping experiences on a variety of websites
Proven self-starter who proactively seeks opportunities to assess challenges and communicates findings; high level of intellectual curiosity.
Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills – a doer by nature
