Lead department expense planning, forecasting and reporting supporting the Research and Development function. This position is responsible for partnering with Engineering Leadership on AOP and financial forecasts in addition to leading monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for Engineering cost including OEF, Indirect Spend, Non-Controllable Costs, and Overhead Expense. In addition, the role will lead site absorption analysis at Standard and Actual Cost sites. You will develop new and revamp existing methods to improve efficiency and focus on strategic management of legacy environmental remediation. You will work directly with Remediation Managers and third party partners to actively participate in the scope analysis of alternate remedy selections for remediation at various sites. You will manage design and construction, applying engineering and project management tools for estimation, scheduling, design, procurement and construction.
Integral member of Engineering Finance Leadership setting vision, goals and objectives.
Partner with Research & Development on labor planning and department expense forecasts. Proactively support the Engineering function with ad hoc analysis.

40 Support Engineering Directors and their organizations
30 Forecast and analyze department expenses
20 Act as site focal and manage engineering rate pools
10 Ad hoc financial analysis and process improvements
