Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources, the successful candidate for this position will provide a broad range of human resources services in support of Intelligrated Globalization and Workforce Planning and Globalization. This role will allow you to establish High Growth Region Footprints for the newly acquired Intelligrated business and will spend significant time working within Europe and Asia.
Partner with IGS Commercial Sales, Marketing and Regional Ops to establish and execute a workforce plan for IGS globally.
Partner leaders across IGS to workforce effectiveness including supporting. performance management, training and development and career development of our globalizing workforce.
Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups.
Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
