Area Sales Manager m/f

Personal Protective Equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales growth, deliver and exceed individual AOP
  • Execute Zone strategy/ KA strategy (end users & distribution)
  • Own end user NPI introduction
  • Work with Key Account Managers to develop a business plan for our large distributors branches,
  • Feed forecasted demand exceptions to S&AS
  • Maintain CRM KPI´s in line with business targets

    20 Attend (trade shows, seminars, events)

    30 Search for New Customers

    30 Customer Account Management

    20 Campaign Management

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Self starter working on own volition to develop a sector and End User business plan
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in B2B sales as sales representative
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience in PPE market
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Good IT knowledge (Microsoft office 2013 & FF) & CRM systems (Desired)
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Ability to work in his/her own responsibility
  • Willingness to travel (up to 80%)
