Customer Service Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to internal customers (sales force, operations and product management) by researching/resolving customer questions/complaints, and completing expedited requests

Act as liaison between sales-force and product manufacturers by responding to work tickets, obtaining/disseminating technical information and resolving issues as they arise.

Work as a member of special or on-going projects to drive process improvement

Support a learning culture by actively participating in various educational activities.

Resolve outstanding items on ADI’s aged purchase order report for customer orders only.

Research and resolve open drop ship billing issues.

* YOU MUST HAVE *

  • High school Diploma or GED

* WE VALUE *

  • Experience in customer service or purchasing
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
  • Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standard
  • Strong verbal, analytical, customer service, multi-tasking and basic math skills required.
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Industry knowledge: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire.
