Homes and ADI Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products.
In 2018, Honeywell will be spinning off the Homes and ADI Global Distribution business into a stand-alone, publicly traded company, named Resideo. Being a stand-alone company will provide the business the independence, focus, direct financial resources, and flexibility required to adapt quickly to market and customer dynamics, and we want you to be part of its evolution. You will generate a high volume of outbound sales calls to new and existing customers within defined territory with the goal of securing sales orders and growing account base of sales. You will maintain accurate daily record of sales and sales activity in salesforce.com. You will identify and cultivate relationships with decision makers within new and existing customers. You will successfully maintain sound relationships with existing customers to build a solid book of business. You will suggest related products (cross-selling) or upgraded products (up-selling) to the customer to purchase. Informs customers of promotional items and manufacturer's specials, utilizing consultative sales techniques. Identify project registration opportunities. You will attend on-site vendor training's and e-learning training's to develop strong knowledge of product technology trends, new products, and key promotions. You will work collaboratively with sales leadership and ADI branches within defined territory.
