Dipping Team Lead - 2nd shift

The primary purpose of this position is to provide supervision for production in assigned area and to relieve production employee during an absence or vacation. The Team Lead will also train and assist team members needed. The Team Lead will directly lead five (5) to Ten (10) team members in production of approximately 700 to 1,500 pairs of gloves per shift. The position has a direct impact on production efficiency, quality, and production capacity at Clover.

35 Insure that standard production processes are utilized in the efficient production of gloves

35 Promote and maintain Five S practices in all areas of responsibility

30 Train assigned team members in the manufacture of gloves

YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience
