Please Note: There are multiple positions open for the Assembler Dipper.The shifts will be rotating.The hours will be either 7 am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am .

The primary purpose of this position is to convert rubber cement to first quality gloves by dipping the rack of forms to a standardized process.The Dipper will dip racks of forms in their unit to the standard of 45 - 60 dips/shift according to the form size on the racks. The expected first quality goal is 75-100% for each rack after inspection. This dipper will dip in various cements such as CSM, Lead, Neoprene, Butyl, EPDM, Natural Rubber, and etc.The Dipper must be capable of rotating racks with up to 600 pounds of forms that are connected to overhead rail approximately every 5-10 minutes throughout the shift.

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
  • Creative thinking and idea generation
  • Ability to communicate information clearly
  • Basic reading/writing and math skills for following procedures, reporting production.
  • Maintains good safety and attendance record in accordance to Plant policies.
  • Performs all job duties in conjunction with Plant established quality system.
