This is an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst in Honeywell Process Solutions’ Enterprise Applications SAP team. The HPS EA team is commissioned to introduce common business processes, supported by standard SAP functionality, which will facilitate growth, meet customer needs, reduce customer response and cycle times, and run lowest cost possible processes at error-free rates. As a Sr. Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst, you will execute Honeywell IT strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new business systems to improve Honeywell business results. You will be the liaison between the supply chain and IT teams to scope and implement customer requirements for deployment of SAP and connected applications. You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience. This role can be based anywhere in the continental United States with preference to Houston Texas, and requires 30%-50% travel both domestic and international.

Lead and facilitate completion of key deliverables across assigned deployment, transition, and optimization projects, such as functional site discovery, data migration, gap analysis and closure, business test scenarios, training and support, as prescribed in the EA deployment methodology.

Apply your process and application knowledge to design the most effective solutions for meeting business requirements, while driving expectations for global standardization around the defined SAP global design model, with limited acceptance of new development requirements utilizing rigorous assessment and approval processes.

Achieve step-function improvement in business results by making process changes and business system enhancements that directly impact business goals.

Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business users by providing high quality training to enable rapid adoption and ramp up of new systems.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of related work experience in ISC and/or ERP deployment

  • Experience in manufacturing operations and/or supply chain functions

  • Communication and cultural awareness skills including clarity and directness, and experience collaborating across distributed global teams
  • Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma to ensure highly efficient processes
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and effective time management; ability to multi-task effectively while managing priorities; driven to produce results
