Sr Financial Analyst

The Sr Financial Analyst role for LSS FP&A located in Houston TX and will provide planning support & analysis for the LSS LOB. This position will support the global cost functions for LSS, as well as forecasting, reporting actual results, analyzing and driving business activities to improve performance and support finance initiatives such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan (STRAP). This role reports to the LSS FP&A Sr Finance Manager.

Principal responsibilities include managing the major forecasts, and providing monthly analysis on results.

Lead the weekly Working Capital MOS to drive improvements.

Coordinate CAPEX targets and needs with the business.

Manage the Cyber pro-forma P&L and cost control. Oversee the monthly BTI reporting.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Five plus years of progressive relevant Finance experience
WE VALUE
  • Some relevant experience in similar positions
  • Master’s degree in Finance or CPA
  • Ability to present complex analysis with clarity
  • Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business
  • Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls
  • Prior experience as a people manager
  • Good oral and written communication
