The Industry Marketing Leader will drive vision into action in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. This leader will build the 5-year strategic plan for the business, analyze external data, drive Voice of the Customer processes, and help to identify acquisition targets.
Lead core strategy and marketing/customer intelligence efforts: STRAP, Competitive Intelligence, Market Research and Analysis, Growth Days and M&A input•Deliver strategic thinking to support, develop and drive growth initiatives•Lead in the identification of key external strategic alliance partners that create joint solutions that deliver incremental customer value with significant estimated revenue growth.•Drive and own the 5 year strategic planning process including long term strategic initiatives, near term actions and competitive analysis•Define and fine-tune strategy and strategic options of the company in order to strengthen the overall business portfolio•Support acquisition and business development identification•Identify and evaluate new markets adjacencies and cross-GBE business opportunities•Drive continual VOC activities to validate market understanding as well as to mine unmet customer needs for new product development and formulate requirements for new solutions to drive growth•Identify and develop business plans to grow adjacent market opportunities including third party partnership targeting and management•Drive market research and competitive analysis processes for the business and support product management in identifying gaps and development strategies•Work closely with other functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, MarCom, Technology, Pricing).
