A key area for growth at Honeywell is the Assurance 360 Program. The Assurance 360 Program provides the necessary guidance, material, and technology to ensure the performance of a customer’s automation solutions over the intended lifecycle. In addition, Assurance 360 is focused on meeting key outcomes that provide real value while mitigating customer risks. The Assurance 360 Business Consultant is responsible for facilitating customer workshops resulting in the development of outcome-based lifecycle agreements.

The successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative, and a resourceful self-starter, who possesses the ability to communicate value based solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HPS Account Managers on Strategic Customer Pursuits
  • Facilitate workshops to drive technical scope of work and value proposition for new and existing customers to deliver outcome based Assurance 360 Agreements
  • Incorporate New Technologies based on Honeywell Growth Strategies and multiple lines of business
  • Support the proposal and estimating process for the creation of commercial agreements
  • Present commercialized business case at multiple levels of the customer organization.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations in Canada and the United States 75%+

    20 Present technical sales briefings to customers

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 Years of Automation or Engineering Experience in the Process Industry
WE VALUE
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple customers and opportunities
  • Experience in Process Automation Sales or Project Management Professional
  • Proven track record with “Value Based” and “Challenger” Selling Strategies
  • Familiarity with Honeywell SESP and Lifecycle Service Offerings
  • Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to influence cross functional business groups to implement change
  • Work effectively with internal/ external management and customers
  • Ability to produce desired results in a deadline driven environment
