Honeywell Ex-Or lighting controls is a core part of the Honeywell commercial buildings portfolio which represents over $300m of revenue to the Homes and Building Technologies Business.
The growth in demand for energy efficient solutions has led to significant expansion of the business and the need for a product marketing specialist to support further profitable growth.
The Product Marketing Specialist for Ex-Or is responsible for supporting all the product marketing related activities within the product portfolio and owning the marcoms plan for the brand. The Product Marketing Specialist supports the growth and profitability of Ex-Or. In addition, the candidate will support international growth working closely with the Sales leaders.
Product Marketing Specialist responsibilities
Own and support UK and international channel development plans such as training, customer engagement programmes and communication plans
Develop value propositions for the product portfolio
Support definition of pricing strategy and manage implementation of list price changes working closely with sales
Support the operations planning process by coordinating and delivering market and sales input
Support the inventory management process for the brand
Create business cases to support new product development (market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, targeting, positioning and pricing)
Assist the management of the product lifecycle (phase-in / phase-out, SKU optimization)
Support NPI introductions
Develop focused messaging, product and distribution positioning, and a communications strategy to deliver effective channel demand generation and training tools.
Develop an international marketing communications strategy for the business to support entry to key European markets
Effectively manage relationships with marcoms COE and agency to optimize the business outbound marketing, including direct marketing, collateral and website support
