This is an incredibly exciting time to join the Homes and Global Distribution team at Honeywell! Homes and Global Distribution is a leader in the home heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) controls and security markets, and a leading global distributor of security and fire protection products.

In 2018, Honeywell will be spinning off the Homes and Global Distribution business into a stand-alone, publicly traded company. Being a stand-alone company will provide the business the independence, focus, direct financial resources, and flexibility required to adapt quickly to market and customer dynamics, and we want you to be part of its evolution.

Master the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell EES. You are the partner in developing STRAP and will have thorough understanding of multiple work streams, develop and measurably improve the processes of material management. You will provide guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports. You are to lead complex, global, project teams within the business.

Keep Honeywell's production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time

Empower team members to achieve clients' objectives by hiring the right people, developing, coaching and retaining top talent.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors Degree
WE VALUE
  • Significant experience in managerial role
  • Strong experience in project management and problem solving skill
  • Expert within material control system such as MRP/SAP systems
  • Expertise across professional disciplines within material management function
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Mentor new leaders or peers
  • Significant experience in materials management
