SIOP & Biz Ops Leader

Utilize your expertise by leading the demand and asset planning team in successfully meeting customer requirements and operation business objectives at Honeywell Homes. You will ensure that program and functional objectives are implemented and maintained as they relate to operations production schedules and material coverage processes. Act as the coordination and communication link with all areas of the operation for assigned programs and work closely with business, sales, supply chain, operations and distribution personnel to implement improvements.

Provide leadership to the demand and asset planning team and drive delivery performance across the supply chain teams

Accelerate innovation and process improvement while leading a team of talented workforce to drive strategic planning for meeting forecasts and customer schedules.

Influence and drive a continuous improvement culture in the demand and asset planning process through the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) process

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree- Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain
WE VALUE
  • Significant experience directing and leading others
  • Significant experience in demand and asset planning
  • Fluent with use of forecasting software processes and tools
  • Ability to identify business process issues and implement effective improvement and control plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional statistical knowledge and problem solving skills
