The Director of Global Service Operations will be accountable for the leadership, influence and execution of strategy, policies, and programs for the Honeywell Building Solutions services operations function.
This role provides operational leadership for all services operations, tech support and training and will be the catalyst in transforming our service business to a “Digital Service” team.
Responsible for transforming, creating and reporting globally standard commercial and operational metrics, driving transparency and actions supporting metrics (including service conversion, utilization, billability, migrations to new digital platforms and tool usage).
Lead the daily, weekly and monthly meetings that monitor and transform the progress of our connected service platforms and offerings.
Responsible for prioritization of service resources to maximize revenue and margin potential for the business while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsible for positive leadership and culture through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of colleagues.
In partnership with business service teams (VPGM) + functional leadership (Sales Operations, Marketing and Technology) help drive business results across businesses and regions.
Create, enhance and ensure operational processes (PM completion, overtime management, OBS, SMS Tool utilization) are optimized within the regions/districts.
Fosters strong customer relationships by developing and implementing processes and tools which help establish solid relationships and surpassing customer expectations on service delivery.
Leverage internal relationships across Honeywell to enhance business performance and customer experiences.
Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.
Quality Specific Goals: Aware of, and comply with, the HBS Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
