Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HOS tools and processes to the Strategic Business Groups (SBG) leaders. You will coordinate with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the HOS.
Work across all functions and levels of the organization to influence organizational and global change. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change in the organization through use of Six Sigma and Lean principles. Interact globally with other organizations within Honeywell to meet customer needs and drive business goals.Enable breakthrough and operational performance improvement through hands on issue identification, delivery, coaching, training and mentoring. You will drive, with the site leadership team, a problem solving and continuous improvement culture and you will be an ambassador for key improvement and sustainment tools including Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem-Solving and Kaizen. Drive problem solving culture and processes by example and through training and coaching of leaders, supervisors and production operators. Drive and ensure continuous improvement of Daily Management/Visual Management processes and develop problem solving at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with business and functional leaders to tailor continuous improvement activities to maximize impact.
