Field Marketing Manager

Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

Drive the regional adaptation and execution of marketing campaigns and activities, including new product launches, across the US and Canada. Adapt global campaigns, content, and mix and define specific and detailed plans in region or country. Define and implement local social media, PR and web plans. Manage regional trade shows and customer events.

Work with sales to increase the opportunity pipeline, drive lead conversion, and grow revenue.

Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Marketing organization

Analyze campaign results weekly and adapt programs as needed

30 Adapt and execute global marketing campaigns, including NPI launches, in region

20 Manage local marketing activities (social media, trade shows, etc)

20 Collaborate with regional product marketing, regional sales teams

10 Increase the opportunity pipeline and lead conversion metrics

20 Manage a regional budget

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in executing demand generation marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with end user field sales teams and channel go to market models
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, Marketo and Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
