We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Fire & Security team in Brisbane.

The purpose of this role is to provide a professional service to customers, with a view to continually improve the customer experience. This includes: monitoring and maintaining the local warehouse; processing and managing orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner; face to face and phone customer sales and interactions.

Key Accountabilities Include;

  • General customer phone queries.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Front counter sales and enquiries.
  • Picking and dispatching of customer orders.
  • Local inventory management, stock checks and internal branch stock transfers.
  • Warehouse maintenance
  • Sales return orders.
  • Quotations for standard items as required.
  • General office duties.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed organisation skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Warehouse experience (stock management experience preferred)
