he Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and managing their assigned territory. This includes meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly AOP targets. Prepare and manage asales forcepipeline that directly impacts sales growth through both distributors and end-user sales. Engage with regional distributors, national accounts, to understand their needs and build long-term relationships. Implement and use Honeywell's MOS for your designated region to help deliver your goals.
Grow share of demand in the given territory, vertical, or customer set, by promoting Honeywell products & solutions and associated service, through strong value propositions
Promote actively New Product Introductions (NPIs)
Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue, in alignment with leadership’s global strategy
Improve the safety, productivity and performance of assigned end-user customers and channels though a strong understanding and reporting of future needs and identification of solutions for further development
Maintain ongoing knowledge of the marketplace and competitor data
55 Present products and solutions to customer stakeholders
20 Territory planning and execution, customer support, opportunity management, and forecasting
20 Develop new business opportunities in our key core markets, Prospecting and Market Development
5 Collaborate with Account Managers and other lines of businesses to develop and grow end user account
A solutions oriented individual
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Competitive, strategic, and global mindset. Strong problem solving skills
Strong understanding of business drivers and demonstration of business acumen
An Arabic speaker is preferable
