The Sr. Financial Analyst provides financial support to general managers and is a key partner with business teams. This includes various financial reporting and analysis, forecasts, budgets, and source expense and variance analysis. This position has responsibilities for supporting CPS and total UOP Financial Planning & Analysis. The position reports directly to the Director of FP&A and matrix reports to the CPSC General Manager. The position will be located in Des Plaines, Illinois.
Coordinate, communicate, and complete monthly financial forecasts and reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow).
Provide financial leadership by driving financial, process, and operational improvements and visibility in order to achieve or exceed financial targets.
Develop robust working relationships across organizational or functional boundaries and exert influence as appropriate on those outside of the direct reporting relationship.
Create Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 5 Year Strategic Plan (STRAP) financials, analysis, and presentations.
Generate, oversee, and analyze various reports including monthly data reporting book for UOP finance leadership, daily sales report, monthly P&L variance analysis and reporting for Selling, G&A, Legal and Indirect Spend.
