An immediate opening is available for a Finance Director at the Des Plaines IL Facility. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic business partner for $500M GP&H organization. Lead the Annual Operating Plan and assist in the development of the STRAP. Lead the development of monthly financials forecasts. Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy. Identify major risks and opportunities to the forecast and work proactively. Drive continuous improvements of the finance team to allow faster response and a deeper level of analysis. Responsible for staff development, recruitment, training, and coaching. Proactively work with Engineering Service and Equipment organization in identification of productivity opportunities and ensure tight linkage during forecasts and AOP. Drive deeper analysis in the business, particularly around regional analysis and pricing. Develop stronger support for business directors and marketing. Provide strong leadership in identifying GP&H working capital opportunities. Ensure strong business controls and prepare quarterly representation letter. Special ad-hoc analysis as required.
