Connected Performance Services is a cloud based knowledge and software as service for the refinery, petrochemicals and gas processing industries. We are expanding our offerings to include Equipment OEM Predictive Maintenance related solutions that integrates to the rest of the CPS Process Reliability offerings.
As a Regional Sales & Business Development Leader for CPS sales, you will be responsible for:
Meet or exceed the Annual Orders Target
Work with PTE sales and RS organizations to identify new business opportunities with existing and potential new customers to ensure sustained growth.
In concert with the marketing and sales support teams, define Honeywell’s value proposition and deliver this value proposition effectively to the customers.
Coordinate with customer contacts and other UOP and HPS resources to identify CPS leads and develop a sales pipeline, which is managed in SFDC and feeds our business forecast in BF. This information must remain timely to facilitate management and finance representing our financial commitments.
Work with CPS & PTE sales organization to deliver financial targets globally, including sales revenue and AR (receivables and payables). Actively participate as a member of the UOP CPS Global Sales Team.
When necessary assist CPS sales support getting information or resources needed to complete supporting documents.
Work with CPS Business to identify new solution opportunities. Participate in voice of customer data/information collection. Support new product launches.
Work closely with CPS Service Representatives to ensure CPS is delivering value and secure service contract renewals.
Manage the preparation of project specific sales strategies, proposals, commercial agreements and closure of sales consistent with HON requirements (SEA)
Manage the timely completion of win / loss reports in SFDC
Gather competitive intelligence for use in strategic analysis and positioning UOP to win
