As a 2nd shift Production Supervisor, you will supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell SPS production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results. Responsible for Health Safety Environmental (HSE) throughout department by instilling a “safety first” mindset within the team. Assure that all quality criteria are met in accordance with ISO9000 requirements. Maximize first pass yield in all product lines without sacrificing HSE or Quality. Direct, supervise and monitor activities of Team Leads and Team Members to maximize productivity in the plant. Ensure procedures are in place and followed in compliance with all HON, state, and federal regulations and guidelines. Ensure manufacturing processes and procedures are running as required by auditing. Ensure shifts are adequately staffed to best assist in increased productivity. Serve as resource for Leads and team members to drive improvement opportunities. Leadership of Five S activities. Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems. Coach team on HON behaviors and metrics.

* YOU MUST HAVE: *
2 years of experience in manufacturing concepts including Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, ISO
5 Years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to create an environment conducive to accomplish metrics and objectives
• Maintain customer focus, internal and external
• Analytical problem solving ability, process oriented
