YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Science or Computer Engineering
  • 2 or more years experience with DoD RMF including experience in all six steps
  • At least one confirmed Authorization Authority to Operate for an RMF system
  • 5 years as an Information System Security Officer or Manager (ISSO or ISSM)
  • Have a current / active DoD Security Clearance

WE VALUE

  • In lieu of a degree, significant experience with RMF's and extensive experience with security change controls and systems hardening.
  • A DoD TS clearance is a plus.
  • Experience Hardening Windows systems
  • Thorough understanding of NIST 800-53 controls
  • Have strong presentation skills and be willing to present directly to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills including proposal development, and ability to directly interface with technical customers.
  • Knowledge of the methods to harden DOS, LINUX, Windows XP, and Windows 10 Operating systems
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
  • Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
  • Multi-tasking with the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks
  • Experience in systems that require survival in high reliability environments including Defense and Space products
